Shifting of single phase/three phase energy meters from the consumer premises either at the nearby pole of the PSPCL in the metal meter boxes or in the pillar boxes and replacement of LT bare conductor with new cable, erection and dismantlement of new sub stations, erection and dismantlement of 11 KV lines, erection of LT cables etc as per provision of DPR required to safe guard against theft of energy by illegal hooking on labour outsourcing basis, all the material will be supplied by the PSPCL except sand, gravel, cement (for pillar box plinth) charcoal, salt and welding work etc for earthing of pillar boxes under distribution circle.
